SHOULDER&#8217;S MOVEMENT<\/b><br \/>\n<b>STHTI:<\/b>Samasthiti(Alert Postures)<br \/>\n<b>Stage i:<\/b>(Shoulder&#8217;s Stretch)<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Keep the feet together,body straight and the and the arms by the sides.<\/li>\n<li>While inhaling,raise your both arms sideways above your heads with the palm onwards.<\/li>\n<li>Exhale and bring it down in the same manner.<\/li>\n<li>Palms must be opened,with the fingers together.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Stage ii: Skandha Chakra(Shoulder rotation)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-8O8wpYSKXIE\/XuNyQv7-cvI\/AAAAAAAAAPo\/wiUjdhUIIJIE4RBYmmr7xb4xtbU9ydhPACLcBGAsYHQ\/s1600\/shoulder.JPG\" style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Skandha asan\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"246\" data-original-width=\"523\" height=\"186\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-8O8wpYSKXIE\/XuNyQv7-cvI\/AAAAAAAAAPo\/wiUjdhUIIJIE4RBYmmr7xb4xtbU9ydhPACLcBGAsYHQ\/s400\/shoulder.JPG\" title=\"Shoulder yoga\" width=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<li>Place the fingers of left hand on the left shoulder and the fingers of right hand on the right shoulder.<\/li>\n<li>Full rotation of both the elbows in circular manner.<\/li>\n<li>Inhale and raise your elbows and bring them back when you exhale.<\/li>\n<li>Try to touch the elbow in front of the chest on the forward movement,stretch the elbows back in the backward movement and touch the side of trunk while coming down.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat this 2 times rotating from front to back.<\/li>\n<li>Do the same in inverse manner.Inhale while raising the elbow and exhale while bringing them down.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>BENEFITS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Practice of the Yogic kriya makes the bones,muscles and nerves of the neck and shoulder healthy.<\/li>\n<li>These practices are helpful in cervical spondylosis and frozen shoulder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<b>Stage III: Trunk Movement(Katisakti Vikasaka)&nbsp;<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Sthiti:<\/b>Samasthiti(Alert Postures)<br \/>\n<b>Technique:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-kVXM0kWFcpU\/XuN1quce00I\/AAAAAAAAAQE\/KYpt9a6kXbEX46GbEtIHY-yFpQhTwRCiACLcBGAsYHQ\/s1600\/katichakrasan.jpg\" style=\"clear: right;
